STATIC SCALE CALIBRATION
At FirstLine Technology, we provide fully traceable Calibration and Certification for industrial weighing scales. We use certified static weights and the latest accredited processes to deliver accurate results.
FirstLine Technology’s engineers carry out onsite calibration in accordance with the requirements of UK National Standards. We offer either annual or periodic onsite calibration, arranged around your requirements and budget. Electronic PDF Certificates are supplied for each scale, as specified by the UK Weighing Federation and traceable to our BS EN ISO9001-2015 quality management system.
All test weights and other calibration equipment is traceable to national standards and copies of our own calibration certificates are available on request.
In the event of a fault being identified, we send the scales away for repair with a fast turnaround time, also providing a replacement rental machine if required.
Each scale is then returned fully certified and labeled accordingly.
New static scales are also available to buy through FirstLine Technology. We supply fully Certified Industrial Static Scales for almost any type of application.
